   The ZuppTravel Wallet is a secure digital balance linked to your ZuppTravel account. It allows you to make quick, cashless payments for flights, hotels, holiday packages, activities, and other travel services. Think of it as your personal travel credit for faster, smoother bookings.

2. How can I add money to my ZuppTravel Wallet?

   You can load money into your wallet easily using:

   • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
   • Special ZuppTravel top-up offers (if applicable)

   👉 Once added, your balance will instantly reflect under “My Wallet” in your account.

3. What are the benefits of using the ZuppTravel Wallet?

   • Faster Checkout: No need to re-enter payment details.
   • Instant Refunds: Cancellation refunds are credited instantly to your wallet.
   • Exclusive Offers: Special cashback and discounts for wallet users.

4. Can I transfer money from the ZuppTravel Wallet to my bank account?

   No. The wallet balance is non-transferable and can only be used to book travel services on ZuppTravel.

5. Does the ZuppTravel Wallet balance expire?

   No, ZuppTravel Wallet balance will never expire.

6. How do I use my ZuppTravel Wallet while booking?

   At checkout, you’ll see an option “Use Wallet Balance.”

   • If your balance covers the booking amount, you can pay in full.
   • If not, you can use your wallet and pay the remainder via another method.

7. Can I use Wallet balance with discounts or promo codes?

   Yes, in most cases, you can combine wallet balance with ZuppTravel coupons or promo codes. Any exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the offer page.

8. What happens if I cancel a booking paid with Wallet balance?

   • Refunds are credited back to your ZuppTravel Wallet instantly (after deducting applicable cancellation charges).
   • If you paid partly by wallet and partly by card/bank, refunds will go back to the respective sources.

9. Is there a limit on how much balance I can keep?

   Yes, as per RBI guidelines:

   • Maximum balance: ₹1,00,000 at a time.
   • Monthly load limit: ₹2,00,000.
   • KYC verification may be required for higher usage.

10. Can I withdraw my Wallet balance in cash?

    No. Wallet balance, including cashback or promotional credits, cannot be withdrawn as cash. It can only be used for ZuppTravel bookings.

11. Can I transfer Wallet balance to another ZuppTravel account?

    Currently, balance transfers between accounts are not allowed. The wallet is exclusive to your ZuppTravel account.

12. How can I check my Wallet balance and transactions?

    Log in to your ZuppTravel account → Go to My Wallet → You can view:

    • Available balance
    • Transaction history (top-ups, bookings, refunds, cashback)

13. Are there charges for using the ZuppTravel Wallet?

    No. The ZuppTravel Wallet is completely free to use. There are no additional fees or deductions.

    • Any deducted amount will be auto-refunded to your wallet within a few minutes.
    • If not, contact ZuppTravel Support with your transaction details for a quick resolution.

15. How do refunds work with the ZuppTravel Wallet?

    • By default, all refunds are credited to your ZuppTravel Wallet instantly.
    • If you prefer, you can request a refund to your original payment method (this may take 5–7 business days).

16. Can I forget to use my Wallet?

    Your balance is always safe. If you don’t use it during one booking, you can apply it to your next one.

17. Can I earn loyalty points on Wallet usage?
